Our photograph shows the beautiful wreath composed of blue cornflowers, trumpet lilies, carnations,
palms and loops of royal blue ribbon. Attached is a card bearing the following inscription:Yprès!
Immortal name. From the Ypres League to their Beloved President." The wreath was placed by repre
sentatives of the League at the head of the cofBn on the chancel steps in the Guards Chapel at Wellington
Barracks. Later it was carried in the funeral procession.
