EDITOR'S NOTES. 144 The Vpres Times. To enable us to sell it so cheaply, we are compelled to dispense with paying a publisher to circulate it in the usual way. Consequently the Committee have to rely upon getting in touch with ex-members of the Division direct, trusting to them to pass on news of the history to people of their acquaintance. It is in this connection that I write to ask you for your support, and I should be most grateful if you could see your way to insert some short notice or paragraph in your paper drawing attention to its publication. I attach a short note giving particulars. Yours faithfully, W. HENEKER, Lieut.-General.
