Madam Stiles Allen, the famous dramatic soprano, sang Captain R. Henderson-Bland's poem "Unknown Warrior" (music by Teresa del Reigo) at the Central Hall, Westminster, on Armistice night, and later in the evening at the Town Hall, Woolwich. This poem, originally printed in "The Graphic" and a few years back sung over the radio on Armistice night by Madam Stiles Allen was reprinted in an article by Captain Bland which was published in the January, 1932 edition of The Ypres Times.
