Membership on the following gentleman
Mr. Henry Benson, M.A.
In grateful recognition of his valuable services
to the League for so many years in contributing
many fine articles to the columns of the Ypres
Times which have greatly enhanced the
prestige of the journal, also of the assistance of
Mr. Benson in giving frequent publicity to the
League's activities through the medium of the
Press and the keen interest in which he has
always taken in the Leagues' charitable work of
defraying the expenses of specially selected
poor relatives to Ypres.

WREATHS.

Arrangements are made by the Ypres League
to place wreaths for relatives on the graves of
British soldiers situated in France and Belgium
at the following times of the year:
EASTER, ARMISTICE DAY, CHRISTMAS.
The wreaths may be composed of natural
flowers, laurel, or holly, and can be bought at
the following prices12s. 6d., 15s. 6d., and 20s.,
according to the size and quality of the wreath.
In connection',with the Battlefield Tour of the Old
Coldstreamers' Association we, herewith, reproduce
the above photograph of the Guards' Memorial at Les
Boeufs showing the wreath which was placed on,
behalf of the party by Major W. A. C Wilkinson, M.C.
accompanied by the officers and guardsmen who
actually participated in the 1916 4 Somme fighting
in the area mentioned.
